Giulio Vinaccia has worked in the creative industry for over twenty year. His designs have spanned fashion, sports equipment and even electronics. He has realized product design projects with some of the most important Italian brands such as Ferrari Spa Piaggio Spa, Momo Design and Ducati.
Since 1994, Giulio has consulted with a wide scope of international organizations and institutions consulting on development projects using design as a development tool. This includes his role as Senior Consultant on Integral Design Projects for UNIDO and other UN agencies.
Today after having worked in more than 22 countries, Giulio Vinaccia is considered one of the most esteemed experts in the field of social design-oriented projects. His range of work, from identification of cultural heritage to the design of new product lines, crossing to the creation of commercial brands, graphic systems, visual identification and ultimately communication strategies.
In 2015 Giulio Vinaccia was awarded the World Green Design Contribution Award, and received the Compasso d’Oro award in 2016, considered the most valuable International design prize.
Hiba Sami Asaad
Since the conception of CIIN 4 years ago, Hiba Asaad has been at the helm of creative projects. With a rich roster of successful photoshoots and brand campaigns, Hiba’s sharp eye for styling and merchandising is a great asset to the competition.
Saudi-born and Jordan-based, Shamekh Bluwi is a renowned visual artist and creative. He has been active in the world of local and regional fashion for over 10 years and has established a powerful social media platform, fan and client base.
In 2017 Shamekh Bluwi was appointment creative director of Dezain Space, a well-established design incubator that empowers Jordanian fashion and product designers.
Shamekh’s clients include such impressive names and international luxury brands as: Bvlgari, Chopard, CFDA, American Music Awards, Billboard Music Awards, Golden Globe Awards, Elle Decor, Pepsi, Harvey Nichols and Samsung to name a few.
Jerusalem-born, New-York based, Palestinian fashion designer Rami Kashou is a seasoned veteran of runway shows. His devotion and passion for groundbreaking feminine design has attracted top celebrities to his runway shows, the likes of Heidi Klum, Jessica Alba and Christina Aguilera amongst others. It also landed him the cover of WWD after his debut in Los Angeles.
Known for his dramatic red carpet gowns has allowed him the honor of dressing iconic celebrities and trendsetters such as Her Majesty Queen Rania of Jordan, Rihanna, Penelope Cruz, Dita Von Teese, Heidi Klum, Fergie, Paris Hilton, Madonna’s half time Super Bowl show and Kim Kardashian. His designs have graced the pages of Harpers Bazaar, New York Times Magazine, Teen Vogue, Women’s Wear Daily, Interview, Elle, In Style, and Flaunt amongst many others.
In 2005, Kashou was commissioned to create the costumes for America’s Next Top Model national ad campaign. His accomplishments have been celebrated and honored by a variety of prominent institutions such as the Make a Wish Foundation, LA Fashion Awards, Los Angeles City Council and the United Nations 2016 “Threads of Continuity Embroidery Exhibit.”
Rami’s television appearances include Live with Regis and Kelly, the Tyra Banks Show, The Style Network, HSN, E! News, Channel, Wealth TV. Most notably, Kashou was a finalist on Bravo’s Project Runway, showing yet another stunning collection at Bryant Park during Fashion Week.
Known for his signature sculpting and draping, Rami celebrates women through his romantic interpretation of inspired feminine and architectural design.

The JO! team engages a group of industry professionals who contribute to bringing the vision of the brand to life. The team members have extensive experience in the garment design, collection planning & manufacturing field and have been working together on the JO! by Creative project since 2016.

Jiries Elias Majrouh
Jiries Elias Majrouh is a managing member on the board of the Union of Manufacturers of Textile Mills. A organization that aims to support and promote local production of clothing and leather goods.
Jiries is also the general manager of Hadayana Clothing Manufacturing and Trading Company. Focusing on children’s ready to wear clothing, school uniforms and workwear. The company currently caters to over 120 schools both locally and regionally with the design element being a pillar of their success.
One of Khayt’s mandates is to improve the communication and cooperation between designer and manufacturer. Jiries Elias Majrouh brings a wealth of experience in this field.
